1. Shipment Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- During high-volume peak seasons or major sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Domestic Delivery Timelines & Rates
We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure safe transit across Pakistan:
- Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after your package leaves our fulfillment center.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all valid residential and business addresses nationwide.
3. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Shipments
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two (2) times.
- If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout.
- Packages returned to our warehouse after failed delivery attempts will be cancelled. To ship the items again, a new order must be placed.
4. Shipment Tracking
- Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we will send an email or SMS containing a Tracking Number and a tracking link.
- You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier company's official tracking web page.
- Tracking data can take up to 24 hours to update online after dispatch.
5. Damages and Missing Parcels
- Ali Amazon takes full responsibility for products damaged or lost during transit.
- If your parcel arrives open, visibly damaged, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contact our support team immediately.
- Damaged or missing item claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
6. Address Modifications
- Please double-check your shipping address and active phone number before completing your order.
- We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been processed or shipped from our facility.
